Bailey Nelson
Founder · Owner · Photographer
A La Crosse native, Bailey founded Pearl Street Gallery with the vision of creating a community-centered home for local photographers and artists. As both owner and creative lead, Bailey brings a passion for visual storytelling, collaboration, and building spaces where creativity and connection thrive.
dakota Pickhard
Photographer · Head of Production
Dakota leads production at Pearl Street Gallery, specializing in photography and video editing. With a strong technical eye and creative approach, Dakota helps bring projects to life while supporting the daily life, events, and visual content throughout the gallery.
Nora Waltz
Artist · Operations & Partnerships Manager
Nora is the organizational backbone of Pearl Street Gallery. As an artist herself and operations lead, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while managing partnerships, coordinating logistics, and supporting the multiple photographers as well as events within the space.
